Not the best way to start out the morning---after falling asleep around 2 am, and waking up every hour on the hour---having Jamie staring at me asking me when I was getting him. He, of course, is just like a spring chicken after getting 11 hours of sleep.

Getting stared in the face, asking if my mouth is sore.

Oy! He's lucky I love him!!

Felt like mucho crap this morning. But I couldn't waste another day in bed. Had to get out and get moving. Having lots of pain killers at my discretion totally rocked.

Mom and I went mother of the bride dress shopping (no luck) and went to visit debbie for a bit.

Came home, had some mashed potatoes, went for a drive in the Mustang Cobra (yea it's out for the summer!!) and went to visit Susie & family. Then Jana come over with ice cream. She rules!!

Sooooooooooooo tired, looking forward to getting to bed early and hopefully not having any night sweats!

Day 2...still a boobah...

I swear I showered today--although you can't really tell. Jamie even asked me if I showered!! Usually he tells me I smell real good. And he said my color was green. lol. I guess I am not looking my best!

Last night was pretty crappy. It was suggested that I take two tylenol 3's before bed, well that didn't do stink except bring on a 35 minute bout of hiccups (I swear, I timed it). I fell asleep around 3am.

Work up at 9, felt good, but couldn't keep my eyes open. Fell back asleep until a bit after 10. Felt really good, not much pain. Showered, cleaned up a bit, took my 3 pill cocktail. Then I started to swell a bit more, I could feel lots of stretching. GROSS!

Around 12 I had some smushed noodles and some more pills. And seriously felt loopy! I had to go lay down. Stayed in bed until about 4. Then spent the rest of the night on the couch.

Heading to bed pretty soon, hopefully sleep comes better tonight!

I'm not super swollen yet, but I bet I will be in the morning.

Okay, here is my story from today...



I was really nervous, even shaking in the chair at the dentist office this morning!!

He was really really nice, and was happy that I took my ipod with me. He just purchased a video ipod and had no idea how to work it, so I gave him some tips, he was pretty cool!!

I was going to take an nerve pill of some sort to help me relax, but I opted out of it. So before they froze me they gave me a Mortin and some pills to help with the swelling.

He said he would freeze me well and he sure didn't lie!! I barely felt the needles. When it came time to take out the teeth I wasn't even exactly sure what he was doing. I don't even know how he cut my gums because I didn't see any scalpel or anything. But he drilled away and pulled and out they came!! Then I got some stitches on each side. It took less than 10 minutes for both teeth.

I was super frozen & packed with gauze, so I had a hard time talking. Jana laughed at me all the way home. She dared me to record my voice, which I told should have done, if I would have had some sort of recording device. But she did buy me popsicles, so I guess all is forgiven.

My ding dong dentist did not send my xray, so I had to take another and that cost me 60$, I was peeved about that!

And another 30$ for my 3 perscriptions--- antibiotics, mortin & tylenol 3.

The barely there pain in surgery has been replaced by lots of pain at home. I stayed on the couch all day today and probably tomorrow too.
My left side hurts the worst (it had a harder time coming out) and my right side was bleeding a lot.

So that is my day in a nutshell!!! I'm minus some teeth and all of my wedding money that I saved up!!

Okay...lets laugh at me, the boobah!!!

I know it's been awhile since I updated!!

It's not my fault I have a boring life!!

I feel like I have so much stuff to do and nothing is getting accomplished. I have this huge anxious feeling and it is driving me nuts!!

I have appointments to make, wedding plans to iron out, packages to mail, etc, etc.

And the icing on the anxious cake is that I am getting two wisdom teeth out Thursday morning. I'm losing two teeth & 550$ smackers.

I'm so behind! Behind in posting, behind in pretty much everything!

Got back from Freddy on Friday, where I had some good family time. It was nice to see Gracelyn again, she is so cute!! Took lots of pictures of her! I was pretty busy while I was down there, family time, visiting Shelley, Nicole, and Deanna & the girls.

Yesterday I spent the morning and most of the afternoon running errands, etc with Jamie. Then I took mom errand running in the evening and we only got home last night around 11:30pm.

I hid easter eggs for Jamie this morning. Nothing is cuter then watching your 28 year old fiance looking for easter eggs, lol. He was stumped on two (one hiding in his toolbox, and the other on top of the thermostat).

Had Easter lunch @ Stella's and Easter supper at Mom's. Including chocolate fondue (our Easter tradition). Yummy Yum!

Tomorrow is all about catching up & cleaning up.

Tuesday we are off to Freddy for Jamie's interview.

I promise I won't let my blog get so far behind! I know these kind of updates kinda suck. I'll make it up to you by showing you a pic of Gracelyn!

Hello!

I guess I'm due for a little bitty update!

Made my appointment today to get my wisdom teeth out. It's both sad and scary. Sad that I have to shell out 550$ (200 of which I don't even have! LOL!) and scared because I don't want get my gums cut open! Ick!

Bringing Buddy to get groomed tomorrow!! He is totally due, gotta get rid of all of that winter yuckiness. While he is getting beautified Jana and I will be at the fabric store looking for bridesmaids dress fabric.

Heading out again on Wednesday...going down to my Uncle & Aunt house to celebrate their daughters first birthday!! YAY!! Going to be there from Wed-Fri.

While I am in the city I am going to meet up with Shelley my fab friend and wedding photographer! Haven't seen her since November--can't wait. She is so fun to be around.

On Tuesday Jamie and I are going back to Fredericton because he has a job interview there. Cross your fingers that he does good at the interview and the job pays good $$$.

What a lame joke eh??

I'm not quitting, but no challenges posted for me today! I am housesitting until tomorrow and then I am going away for a few days. Until Tuesday or Wednesday.

Off to hang out at my brothers place, go shopping, look for bridesmaids dresses, and see Bryan Adams in concert.
